We ask everyone who wishes to become a vendor for Legends FanFest on Saturday, August 31st to read the terms and conditions below. Your spot will not be confirmed until your read and agree to the terms below.

+ Standard 1x Table Vendor Booth is 10′ x 10′ with a 6′ table, topped & skirted.  Includes 2x chairs & 2x Vendor Passes.  Also includes sign for booth. 2x Chairs & 2x Vendor Passes are included with each additional table added to your vendor booth.
+ Information on booth upgrades & additions (electricity, etc.) will be made available to vendors at a future date.
+ Remain setup for the AXW LIVE! Professional Wrestling portion of the event (4PM – ?) for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

  • Vendor tables are LIMITED.  They will be strictly sold on a first-paid, first-served basis.  No exceptions.
  • Vendor tables will NOT be held for anyone without payment and agreement to these terms.  No exceptions.
  • Vendor table sales are FINAL – There will be NO refunds issued.  No exceptions.
  • If you’re looking to bring in a guest(s), please contact us to discuss BEFORE paying for table(s).  Please confirm table availability and secure your table(s) BEFORE confirming with guest(s).
  • There is a limit of TWO guests per table, with TWO vendor badges given per table.  Additional vendor badges are available for $10.00 each.
  • Setup will be from 2PM until 7PM on Friday, August 30th, and 8AM until 10AM on Saturday, August 31st.  Vendors should be set up and ready for when doors open at 11:00AM for Legends FanFest.
  • All vendors must clearly display their prices and refund policy.
  • We highly advise against selling of any “unlicensed merchandise.”  This is something that we do not condone, and we will not be responsible for.
  • Booths (tables, chairs, pipe & drape, etc.) are property of the Main Line Expo.  Do NOT deface the tables or any other piece of the booth.  Vendors will be responsible for any damaged incurred to their vendor booth space. 
  • Vendors are responsible for the management of any lines at their booth.  Aisle ways should be kept clear at all times.
  • Vendors are responsible for the conduct of their guest(s).  If any issues arise, we have the right to halt the signing at your booth and ask the guest to leave the premises immediately.  No refunds will be given. 
  • BEFORE WE CAN ANNOUNCE YOUR GUEST(S): Please be prepared to let us know pricing for guests (combos, presale specials, etc.) and whether or not they are going to be attending for the entire duration of the event (if not, please let us know times).  Also, please provide your logo (transparent background preferably) and any important information such as website, etc. that you’d like us to promote.
  • Vendor is 100% responsible for paying their guest(s) to appear at their booth.  We highly recommend a written agreement to be in place between vendor and guest(s) when finalizing offer.  Legends FanFest will NOT be held responsible for ANY payment disputes between vendor and guest(s) — ANY payment disputes MUST be settled between vendor and guest(s)!

Legends FanFest 2024 will take place on Saturday, August 31st, 2024, at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, Hall A, in Oaks, Pennsylvania. If you're interested in attending as a vendor for the event, please fill out the form below as complete as possible. We will be in contact to confirm all details.
Legends FanFest 2024 will include AXW LIVE! Professional Wrestling starting at approximately 4:30PM. All vendors are invited to stay for the wrestling portion of the event, NO additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you plan on staying for the entire day.
Standard 1 Table Vendor Booth is 10' x 10' w/ 1x 6' table, topped & skirted. 2 Chairs. Booth sign. 2 Vendor Passes per table, each additional Vendor Pass is $10.00. Additional upgrades will be available in the near future.
